Section 3.2
Add to Enquiry

The 'Add to Enquiry' button is the way you add products to your shopping basket. You are not committing to buy anything at this stage, you are simply requesting further information and/or a quote on the products you add.

Once you've typed the quantity and hit the 'Add to Enquiry' button, as shown in Section 3.1, you are taken to a screen that looks like this:

An annotated Add to Enquiry form

As you can see, the form is split into 6 sections.

  1. This text reads: "Please note due to the complicated nature of personalising products and the various processes involved, it is not always possible to price correctly for every item featured, LSi reserves the right to confirm all web enquiries by return with full price breakdown, web prices featured should be used as a guide only.". As explained in Section 3.1, prices on our site may be subject to extra costs such as origination and carriage.
  2. The 'Continue' buttons take you to a form, shown later in this help document, and is the next step towards completing your enquiry. If you wish to continue shopping rather than complete your enquiry, please click on one of the navigation tabs, the 'Find a Product' drop down menu or make a search. Your previous enquiry selection will be saved in your shopping basket.
  3. Shows an image of the item(s) you are enquiring about. If you click on this image, you go back to the product information page.
  4. You can adjust your quantity here by typing a new number in the box and clicking the 'Update Quantity' button next to it. The page refreshes and your new quantity and prices are shown.
  5. Here is a breakdown of the subtotal for all the items ordered and related tax. We don't show carriage costs at this stage as they have not been finalised for your order yet.
  6. This section is for you to explain any special requirements you may have.
